10/17: Day 0

Morning of the procedure.  Leaving for the hospital in 10 minutes.  Have been nervous the last 3 days that I have been waking up super early.  Well I guess that is to be expected as I need to change the way I lived the last 30+ years of my life.  Hopefully my doctor is right and I should have no complications.
